When i say i'm conscious of the Holy Spirit's leading, am i truly conscious? Do i truly allow the Spirit to take control of my decisions? The Bible promises us a new life in Christ through the resurrection of Christ. The Lord promises us lots of potential in our new life as a Christian. I may be baptized and say i'm a Christian but am i leading a new life in Christ? Who has the power to change us? Who is forgiving enough to accomodate my mistakes, failures, backsliding, pride...
"Now He who has prepared us for this very thing is God, who also has given us the Spirit as a guarantee." 2 Corinthians 5:5
Can i remember to fall back on the Lord's grace each day and seek the Spirit's leading?

Just came back from Tioman, Malaysia on Wed (14/07). It is an amazing experience to me. I was not only amazed by the beauty of the place, the Lord's providence was ever present..
Those who have been to more beautiful beaches may not think much of Tioman but i personally love it. There are just so many new things to explore every moment.. so much freedom to walk around the island and no one will stop us. One of the few interesting things i saw was the shallow seabed of the coast. By merely walking on it i can actually walk over to a mini island off the beach. It looks impossible until my friends and i actually tried it. Of course we waited till the tide was lower in case we get trapped on the island.. hee!
The night sky was also fabulous. Although the night sky ought to be the same everywhere, but this was really beautiful because the beach gets so dark at night that the whole sky gets lit up!! A pity that i couldn't recognize any constellations.. =P But i really enjoyed myself..
I went on this trip with 2 sec sch friends who are really close to me. I have been trying to reach out to them for a long time. On the way to Tioman, we got to know this Taiwanese Lady with her daughter. They are both Christians and are really ever ready to share with others about God. We spent the first night at her resort, hearing her conversion experience and i was truly encouraged. I don't know how my friends responded to what she shared but i had a renewed hope to continue to reach out to my dear friends...
